Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up using Web-based CRM
Should possess a strong vendor acquisition approach
Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs
Pro-active, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well in a small team
Conduct price and feature comparisons with alternate products
Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data and report findings to the team
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing databases and CRM software, and providing general support to the team
