Manage and support daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the tuition centre.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation for compliance and easy access.
Logistics & Procurement Support
Manage procuring stationery, study materials, and operational supplies as per centre requirements.
Coordinate logistics for faculty, events, and academic programs, ensuring timely availability of resources.
Maintain inventory records and track consumption to avoid shortages.
Academic & Faculty Support
Assist faculty members with printing, scanning, and distribution of study materials.
Support classroom readiness, timetable coordination, and allocation of academic resources.
Examination Coordination
Provide operational support during internal tests and exams.
Organize seating arrangements, distribute exam materials, and ensure smooth execution
Utlization of Resources
Ensure optimum utilization of resources such as electricity, water, and other utilities, maintain classrooms in good condition, and provide assistance in resolving any infrastructure-related issues.
Meetings & Event Coordination
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and student events.
Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, seminars, and academic activities.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications for Academic Coordinators.
Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and update management on centre operations.
Student Admissions & Enrollment
Assist in admission and enrollment processes, including document collection and verification.
