Identify and source suitable accommodation providers (PBSA, private landlords, real estate agents, property managers, etc.) in targeted locations.??????o?????Assist in negotiating terms and securing property listings aligned with company standards and student expectations.??????o?????Maintain and update inventory data, pricing, availability, and contract details in internal systems.??????o?????Coordinate onboarding processes for new supply partners, ensuring all documentation and listings are complete and accurate.??????o?????Build and maintain strong relationships with supply partners for long-term collaboration.??????o?????Monitor property performance (occupancy, feedback, issues) and suggest improvements or take corrective actions.??????o?????Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure listings are optimized and promoted effectively.??????o?????Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to ensure Autumn Rooms remains competitive.
