Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Operations Associate
to support the non-sales teams at GroTechMinds. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Assist in the execution of day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning and address customer issues either through calls, WhatsApp or emails.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization by developing and implementing process improvements.
Course Coordination:
Collaborate with the Course Management team to ensure timely scheduling, course content updates, and smooth execution of online classes.
Student Counselling:
Work closely with the Students to educate and guide them.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of course registrations, student feedback, and operational metrics to support decision-making processes.
Coordination:
Manage relationships with Trainers, service providers, and instructors to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics, including course completion rates, student satisfaction, and system performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Liaise with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment on projects and operational goals.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations, and maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in operations, project management, or a similar role (experience in the EdTech sector is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
