Ensure that course content aligns with Oliveboard's standards and meets the needs of the target audience.
Faculty Coordination:
Communicate with faculty members to convey details about upcoming courses, including content requirements, timelines, and any specific guidelines.
Foster positive relationships with faculty to enhance collaboration and content quality.
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of paid courses on the Oliveboard platform.
Coordinate with various teams, including content development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth course delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to uphold the standard of content delivery in the live classes of the different courses.
Collect and analyze feedback from users, faculty, and other stakeholders to continuously improve course offerings.
Platform Optimization:
Work closely with the technology team to identify and resolve any operational issues on the Oliveboard platform related to paid courses.
