We are on the lookout for an Operations Associate to enhance our operational capabilities and customer engagement in Delhi NCR. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing detailed operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the packaging of products and manage the complete order fulfilment process. Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM); actively engage with customers, resolve order-related issues, and manage custom orders. Organize and manage quarterly photoshoots, ensuring alignment with our brand's visual and style guidelines. Regularly manage and update content across our social media platforms. Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local vendors and designers to maintain product quality and introduce innovative solutions. Employ strong organizational skills to manage records and maintain schedules effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, operations, or a related field. Excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel is highly valued. Design skills would be considered a significant asset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment. Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
