Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing government project activities.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Liaise with government departments, vendors, and internal teams.
Support in data collection, report preparation, and submission of government documentation.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and help resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
Track budgets, invoices, and procurement related to the project.
Provide logistical and administrative support to the project team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in operations, administration, or government projects.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Good understanding of government processes and documentation (preferred).
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
