2. Assist in coordinating between hotels and travel agents for enquiries, bookings, payment follow-ups, and closing a deal.
3. Manage and maintain important documentation and records using MS-Word.
4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Assist in handling customer inquiries and requests with a high level of customer service.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
7. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by carrying out assigned tasks promptly and effectively.
