Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor, update, and maintain operational systems, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, customer service, and sales.
Track KPIs, service metrics, and project deliverables.
Handle vendor and client communication where required.
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational analyses.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain accurate data entry and records across platforms or ERPs.
Support implementation of new tools or processes across the operations team.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with
ERP/CRM tools
is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
