We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle booking, reissuing, and cancellation of air tickets and hotel reservations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing Operations:
Book, reissue, and cancel air tickets for domestic and international travel.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
Customer Support:
Address client inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel policies.
Provide timely updates on booking status and resolve operational challenges.
Coordination and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers as needed.
Problem Solving:
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.
Ensure minimal disruption to client travel plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in the travel industry, especially in ticketing and reservations, is preferred.
Proficiency in GDS platforms like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Knowledge of corporate travel policies is a plus.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
