Description


The Back Office Associate's main responsibilities are to administer transactions, perform other updates via our Back Office system and to review ID and Proof of Residence documents submitted by Tradu's customers. The selected candidate will receive in-depth training for all of the above tasks.


Primary responsibilities (not limited to)


Review customer documents Resolve various alerts while conducting KYC Activate new customer trading accounts Transaction processing (withdrawals, transfers, deposits) Email foreign language/English-speaking clients via templates which, in some cases, will require modification Provide assistance to customers with their KYC documentation through chat Perform Back office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, deposits Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements
Fluent level of English (written & verbal) Competency with PCs and common operating systems, browsers and Internet search Prior experience conducting KYC, transaction processing and/or Back Office operations is preferred Great attention to detail Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Previous chat support experience is considered as an advantage Able to maintain confidentiality




Working days/hours: Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - SKCL Prime, Plot No-C46A, Cipet road, Fourth Floor, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Alandur, Guindy, Chennai -032
