JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cloud Billing Specialist to manage cloud billing systems and oversee the entire invoicing and payment collection process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. You will monitor accounts to identify overdue payments, communicate effectively with clients, and strike a balance between maintaining trusting relationships and ensuring timely payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage cloud billing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to track usage and generate accurate invoices. Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and regularly follow up with clients to encourage timely payments. Oversee payment processing, collections, and resolve any billing-related inquiries or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of collection activity and report on payment status regularly. Revise invoices as needed, process refunds and payments, and resolve billing or credit concerns with customers. Communicate effectively with clients, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure a strong customer relationship while securing timely payments. Ensure service renewals are tracked and upsell where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and cloud operations, to ensure accurate pricing and account management. #####

SKILLS :

Expertise in cloud billing systems and understanding of cloud pricing models. Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and databases. Comfortable working with targets, extended working hours, and weekends. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral. Ability to work independently while coordinating smoothly within the operations team. Education: Higher Secondary to Bachelor's degree with excellent communication skills.
