About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Associate
to support our daily operations, project coordination, and client servicing activities. The role involves working closely with technical, sales, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across automation, networking, and AV domains.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and team assignments.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Manage inventory, procurement follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
Handle client communication for scheduling, updates, and support ticket closure.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, project trackers, MIS, and documentation for installations.
Support attendance monitoring, technician deployment, and basic admin tasks.
Assist finance with PR/PO tracking, invoices, and operational expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or admin roles.
Knowledge of IT networking, automation or AV systems is an advantage.
Strong skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and coordination.
Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
