Job Role: Operations Assistance
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Assistance to support daily business operations and ensure smooth daily coordination between office, site, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and site team.
Maintain records, invoices, quotations, and follow-ups
Handle client communication and order tracking.
Support management with reports and documentation.
Ensure timely execution of projects.
Requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp/Email communication.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibility.
Experience in aluminium, interior, or construction field is a plus.
Freshers with learning attitude are welcome.
