About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our operations team in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business activities. This role involves assisting the operations manager, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping improve operational processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the operations manager with daily operational tasks and projects.
Schedule meetings, coordinate team events, and manage calendars.
Prepare, file, and maintain important documents and reports.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
Order and manage inventory of office supplies and operational materials.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries and coordinate activities.
Monitor and update logs, order forms, and operational data.
Identify potential operational improvements and report suggestions to management.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
