As we expand, we're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day tasks and support smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling and coordinating technician assignments. Handle customer service queries and escalations (phone, WhatsApp, CRM). Monitor repair status and update customers regularly. Manage inventory for spare parts and tools. Maintain records of service jobs, complaints, and technician performance. Ensure daily operational checklists are completed. Assist in logistics coordination for parts and field team movements. Daily accounts management

Requirements

Undergraduate, Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream). upto 3 years experience in operations/customer service (repair/service industry preferred).
