Role & Responsibilities
1. Project & Site Coordination
Oversee end-to-end operations of real estate projects - from planning to execution.
Coordinate with site teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely progress.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control standards.
2. Process Management
Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
Drive efficiency in project delivery and operational workflows.
Maintain project trackers and operational dashboards for regular reporting.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and subcontractors.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality expectations are met.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory guidelines related to real estate operations.
Maintain documentation related to projects, contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
5. Customer Coordination
Collaborate with Sales & CRM teams to support customer handovers and resolve operational issues.
Ensure smooth possession process and coordinate for snag checks, documentation, etc.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between project, finance, legal, and sales teams for seamless operational execution.
Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Flag delays, risks, or issues proactively and suggest remedial actions.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
