The Hospital Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care within our facility. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, staff supervision, and implementing best practices to enhance overall hospital performance and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day activities, streamline processes, and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Staff & Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor administrative and clinical support staff; manage performance and development.
Financial Management:
Assist with budgeting, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-effective solutions to improve profitability.
Patient Experience:
Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, service quality, and adherence to patient care standards.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, health & safety regulations (e.g., NABH), and statutory requirements.
Resource & Facilities Management:
Oversee resource allocation, inventory, and building maintenance issues.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to formulating strategic objectives and improving operational systems and processes.
Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics to senior management.
