Job Description

Administrative Support:

Provide daily clerical assistance to the operations department to ensure seamless business workflows.

Data Management:

Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems with a high degree of accuracy.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Organize meetings, manage team calendars, and handle travel arrangements as needed.

Inventory Control:

Monitor office supplies and equipment levels, managing procurement and restocking when necessary.

Vendor Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers regarding deliveries and inquiries.

Report Preparation:

Assist in gathering data and preparing regular reports on operational performance and expenses.

Facility Oversight:

Coordinate with building management for office maintenance, repairs, or facility upgrades.

Process Improvement:

Identify and suggest ways to streamline administrative tasks to improve overall office efficiency.

Compliance:

Help ensure that all operational activities align with company policies and safety regulations.

Special Projects:

Support management with ad-hoc projects, event planning, and departmental initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
