We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to oversee day-to-day coordination across stores, inventory, and production support. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, numerate, and comfortable leading small teams and managing operational tasks in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Materials Coordination
Oversee incoming and outgoing stock records.
Support stock updates and periodic inventory checks.
Coordinate material availability for ongoing production needs.
Production Planning Support
Help align daily material requirements with production schedules.
Ensure smooth handover between stores and the shop floor.
Flag any supply shortages and proactively support production flow.
Team Supervision
Guide and support a small team in routine operational activities.
Foster collaboration across stores, production, and admin staff.
Ensure adherence to basic workplace safety and quality standards.
Administration & Communication
Maintain clear and organized documentation of all stock and production activities.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and deliveries.
Communicate effectively across departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Desired Profile
3-5 years of experience in operations, inventory coordination, administration, or team handling (manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Good with numbers and basic data handling (Excel/spreadsheet familiarity preferred).
Confident communicator and team player.
Interest in growing into broader operational leadership.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
