Key Responsibilities
Engage customers and encourage participation in
Laser Tag and Arcade games
Explain game rules, safety guidelines, and gameplay clearly to clients
Actively promote games, packages, and offers to increase participation
Manage smooth operations inside the gaming arenas
Ensure safety, discipline, and proper use of gaming equipment
Assist customers during gameplay and resolve on-ground issues
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of arenas and gaming equipment
Coordinate with reception and team members for crowd management
Deliver high-energy customer service and create a fun gaming atmosphere

Confident communicator with good client-handling skills
Passionate about gaming and customer engagement
Ability to work in a

Physically fit to manage arena activities and long working hours
