About the Role:

We're looking for someone organised and dependable to help with daily operations -- maintaining records, handling stock, assisting in packaging, and coordinating dispatches. If you like structure, detail, and learning how a handmade brand runs -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Journal entries and basic paperwork Stock and inventory tracking Packaging finished soaps Preparing and dispatching orders Coordinating with vendors and couriers

Skills & Qualities:

Good with numbers and Excel / Google Sheets Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a small, hands-on setup
