USA based Furnishing Fabrics company seeks a new Operations Assistant for our growing company. As we continue to expand, there will be many opportunities for growth from within. We are looking for someone who is a TEAM PLAYER and always strives for growth.
The Operations Assistant will have primary responsibility of providing coordination assistance between the Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager and Customer Service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Superb data entry accuracy
Work must be conducted in a timely and organized manner
Verify and correct information as necessary
Follow all identified data entry policies and procedures
Establishing rapport with customers/vendors as needed
Communicating with customers via telephone and email as needed
Perform various clerical duties as needed
Special projects as assigned
Proficient with Microsoft office applications (especially in Excel performing VLOOKUP)
Understand credit limits and collaborate with A/R before releasing orders
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
Excellent time management and organization skills
Some experience in IT is preferred but not required
