Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Operations / Technical Manager

to oversee and manage technical operations, project execution, and day-to-day operational activities. This role requires a strong blend of

technical expertise and hands-on operational management

, ensuring smooth delivery of services, efficient team coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading teams, managing resources, and driving operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Operations Management

Oversee daily technical and operational activities across projects and sites. Ensure smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and technical services. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Project & Team Leadership

Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for successful execution.
Process Control & Quality Assurance

Implement and monitor operational SOPs, workflows, and best practices. Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety norms, and company policies. Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Track project progress, resource utilisation, and operational costs. Report risks, delays, and technical issues to senior management.
Maintenance & Support

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure proper documentation, asset tracking, and inventory control. Support technical audits and operational reviews when required.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

4 years of experience

in technical operations or operational management roles. Strong technical background in

IT / Electronics / Networking / Systems

. Proven experience in managing teams, field operations, and project execution. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
