Position :

Operations and Sales Trainee (Only For Women)

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify the minerals and determine the most effective method for their cleansing
2. Execute the appropriate mineral cleansing procedures
3. Retrieve the relevant authentication certificates and ensure they are matched with the corresponding minerals
4. Capture clear images of the certificates and establish a record for minerals lacking certification
5. Categorize the minerals based on their quality, size, and color
6. Develop detailed process steps for each of the aforementioned tasks
7. Provide support for various day-to-day activities to ensure the seamless operation of the project
8. Hold empathetic, yet professional, conversations with potential clients and suggest products tailored to their specific requirements
9. Share product images/videos over WhatsApp, and allow clients to choose and customize according to their needs
10. List the items that the client has chosen, as well as the respective prices of products, and send the invoice, along with any product documentation to the operations lead/executive (if available)
11. Contact the client after their order has been received and converse with them about product satisfaction
12. Acknowledge the feedback respectfully and document the complaints
13. Inform the marketing team of the client's feedback in order to analyze and remodel the current marketing process
14. Reach out to potential clients by sharing relevant information over calls/messages or other platforms
15. Fulfill the organization's sales target by consistently converting prospective clients into paying clients
16. Brainstorm new sales strategies and profitable sales avenues

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
