Role Overview: Operations & Marketing Intern

We are looking for an

Operations & Marketing Intern

who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn how branding, marketing, and business operations work together in a consulting environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, internal operations, marketing execution, and cross-functional coordination.

The intern will work closely with the operations, marketing, and strategy teams to support day-to-day activities, campaign execution, and internal process management.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations and internal coordination across teams Assist in maintaining records, reports, trackers, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables Support marketing activities across ongoing client and internal projects Assist in content creation and execution for social media and campaigns Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and data collection Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting MOMs Support digital outreach initiatives and basic performance tracking Assist in onboarding processes and internal workflow management

Who Can Apply

Students or fresh graduates from MBA, BBA, Marketing, Management, or related fields Strong interest in branding, marketing, consulting, and operations Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment Based in Hyderabad or open to working from Hyderabad
