Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Operations:

Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely production and delivery. Manage and monitor stock levels, order processing, and dispatch operations. Maintain SKU-level reports and ensure product data accuracy across platforms. Support eCommerce operations (Shopify / Amazon / Myntra / Website), including catalog uploads and order management. Work closely with the design and production teams to track new product launches and ensure smooth execution.

Marketing:

Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars across social media, email, and WhatsApp channels. Coordinate with the creative and content teams for campaign execution, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations. Monitor performance of paid campaigns (Meta / Google) and coordinate with the digital marketing team for optimization. Track and report marketing metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI. Support brand collaborations, exhibitions, and offline marketing activities.
