Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day O&M activities of the solar power plant
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
Monitor plant performance ratio and generation efficiency
Lead O&M teams and coordinate maintenance activities
Handle electrical, maintenance, and inventory-related tasks
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical or related field
5+ years experience in Solar O&M (ground-mounted projects)
Strong knowledge of solar plant electrical & maintenance systems
Leadership, problem-solving & coordination skills
