Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment for mentor, trainer, and support roles -- from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in payroll preparation and performance evaluation processes.
Conduct induction sessions and internal communication for new joiners.
Promote a positive work environment through engagement and recognition activities.
Handle employee concerns and maintain professional communication across teams.
Mentor Interaction & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and school mentors.
Communicate schedules, curriculum plans, and updates to mentors regularly.
Track mentor attendance, performance, and session updates from schools.
Support mentors in resolving on-ground challenges related to robotics sessions or materials.
Collect class feedback, reports, and student progress updates from mentors.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and workshops for mentors.
Ensure mentors follow the company's teaching methodology and reporting standards.
Operations Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations related to school tie-ups and project implementation.
Coordinate between schools, mentors, and the internal management team to ensure smooth class execution.
Plan academic calendars, track session completion, and manage operational timelines.
Handle logistics for lab setups, training workshops, and technical installations.
Monitor resource utilization, ensure timely dispatch of kits, and maintain inventory flow.
Prepare and share weekly operational reports with management.
Support management in planning new school integrations or event coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree .
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of
HR operations,
Logic thinking , communication
Excellent communication skills
