Responsibilities:
Implement the Founder's ideas and strategies across departments.
Oversee daily operations and ensure timely execution of key tasks.
Develop and maintain systems and processes for smooth functioning.
Prepare and review MIS, track sales, and monitor performance data.
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and project teams for efficient operations.
Handle Hiring, team alignment, and documentation.
Identify improvement areas and help implement growth initiatives.
Problem Solving, Decision Making.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in operations, business management, or implementation roles.
Strong with numbers, analytics, and MIS reporting.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Hands-on, execution-focused, and organized in approach.
