Job Description





The Facility and Operations Lead is responsible for Maintaining and upkeep of the facilities and driving operational excellence to deliver seamless Validation services on time, quality and Cost, through consistent metrics, tools, and processes. You will work with Mech and propulsion labs Engineering Leaders and cross-functional teams to Manage the Facilities, Administration and Operational Needs of the Labs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



Upkeep of ~93 K sq. ft of Lab areas and office areas of Mech and Propulsion Labs, IT infrastructure, HVAC, Electrical Distribution, FAPA, Access, CCTV, BMS etc .. Integrated Facility Operation and Administration by closely working with the respective functions. Oversee and manage facility staff, daily operations... Keep close relationship and communication with local site led to ensure a high-quality facility operation delivery... Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs Focus on Facility Operations including but not limited to : Cafeteria, Transport, Site Security, Housekeeping, Visitor Mgmt., Mail desk Vendor Management, Contractor Management - Onboarding, Access Related, badging, background check Co-ordination etc Oversee and manage facility staff, daily operations... high-quality facility operation delivery... Review of utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs, ..Work with Relevant Technical Leads to Manage Buildings and facilities Infrastructure Changes
Managing project activities related to facility Upgrades, new Builds, and maintenance - complete cycle of the project management entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects Tracking and managing regular updates to Statutory /regulatory registrations and filing Vendor On boarding Requests, Create PRs, Interactions with Sourcing on the PO Conversions, follow up with AP help desk on Payment related issues - Tracking with vendors on the Supply, liasioning with logistics for pick up, receipts and submission of Invoices Regular Capitalization of new Assets, Monthly accrual of Open PO's - Specially PSA's Contracts Budgets Tracking - Capex & SWPT Spends and Regular communications to Global stake holders and Opex Spends, Tracking SSO's - Maintenance of Spend tracker and providing spend details to SSO owners Tracking the Expenses project wise and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to respective BU's Asset Audits, Scrapping on Regular Basis, Warehousing activities Coordination and Management of customers for Witness the testing Responsible for implementing best EHS practices at site by complying all site safety processes

Basic Qualifications



Master's in Business administration/bachelor's degree in science/Engg/Commerce 10+ years' experience in corporate facilities environment, a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in one or more of the following areas: Transaction management, Project management, corporate facility services, and/or hospitality management. Willing to be an individual contributor, as well as a team player with group of professional 3rd party suppliers Excellent writing skills Excellent communicator with CRM expertise Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle Should have excellent knowledge of construction safety standards and standard EHS guidelines Knowledge of Statutory Standards (KIADB, PCB, Fire & Emergency Services & CEIG)
