We are seeking a proactive, digitally fluent, and hands-on
Operations & E-commerce Coordinator
to join a growing team. This strategic and operational role lies at the intersection of online commerce, inventory management, and backend coordination. You will be responsible for maintaining dashboards, managing backend operations of our e-commerce platforms, syncing inventory, and enabling data-driven decisions for brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dashboarding & Insights
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI
Track key metrics: sales, inventory movement, vendor orders, and product performance
Present weekly insights and reviews to internal teams
2. Inventory & Product Flow
Monitor and sync inventory across the website, POS, and incoming consignments
Track fast-moving/slow-moving items and flag overstock or stockouts
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely stock availability and fulfillment.
3. Website Backend Management (Shopify)
Manage product uploads, updates, and removals on the Shopify platform
Ensure real-time inventory sync and accurate product details
Handle plugin integrations, backend workflows, and coordinate with tech/design teams when needed
4. Digital Operations & Team Coordination
Serve as the coordination point across internal teams - sales, logistics, e-commerce, and exports
Ensure order tracking, returns, customer queries, and campaign performance are monitored
Present performance insights, trends, and sales data during team meetings
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
(pivot tables, charts, formulas, dashboards)
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Basic understanding of inventory flow and stock management
Background in
sales reporting, vendor coordination, or e-commerce operations
Familiarity with
Power BI, Shopify apps, or CRM/inventory management tools.
