We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations & Admin Executive
to support daily business operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across departments, handle office administration, vendor management, and assist management in process improvement and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the office.
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and payment coordination with the accounts team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth workflow.
Manage logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules as required.
Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain organized filing systems.
Liaise with external agencies and service providers for operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations and administration roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,787.49 - ₹36,769.64 per month
