Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth functioning
Coordinate class schedules, trainer rosters, and studio availability
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall studio standards are maintained
Administrative Duties
Manage memberships, renewals, and client records
Handle billing, invoices, payments, and basic accounts tracking
Maintain attendance logs and operational reports
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers
Client & Team Coordination
Act as the point of contact for members' queries (in person, phone, WhatsApp)
Assist trainers with scheduling and operational needs
Support onboarding of new members and staff
Process & Growth Support
Help streamline systems and improve internal processes
Support promotions, offers, and studio events
Maintain inventory (equipment, supplies, consumables)
