About the internship

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresher graduates to join our dynamic team and kick-start their career in recruitment and operations and understand the US market trends.

An operations analyst finds qualified candidates for a job opening and works to meet the demands of both the client and the organization throughout the hiring process.

Selected intern\'s day-today responsibilities include:

1. Attracting and sourcing candidates, pre-screening and presenting qualified job candidates to the client
2. Serving as the main point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process
3. Conducting reference checks and background checks
4. Managing the job offer process
5. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience by planning and preparing for their training
6. Participate in employee onboarding to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work

Skills and qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Positive, go-getter attitude
4. Bachelor\'s Degree in management, business administration, finance, or related field
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively
