The Sales Compensation team is responsible for the accurate and timely Incentive Compensation payments for Sales payees
governed by the Global Compensation Plan (GCP). The Operations area under this team provides support on performing the
activities related to sales quota and transaction data uploads, adjustment processing, variable compensation payments
submission to Payroll teams within the operating calendar timelines, whilst adhering to SOX and other internal controls. It also
provides support to the central Capability and Reporting teams.
