We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to oversee daily factory operations in our pulses manufacturing unit. The role requires hands-on involvement in procurement, logistics coordination, quality checks, and customer-supplier interactions. The ideal candidate will combine operational efficiency with technical knowledge of pulses, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplies
o Manage day-to-day procurement of factory consumables and operational items.
o Maintain records of purchases and ensure timely availability of materials.
Logistics & Deliveries
o Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation and recording of deliveries.
o Liaise with transporters and suppliers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
Quality Assurance
o Conduct quality checks on pulses and raw materials, ensuring compliance with company standards.
o Prepare and maintain quality reports for management and audit purposes.
Customer & Supplier Coordination
o Work with customers and suppliers to provide and collect product samples.
o Support communication and relationship management with external stakeholders.
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of operations, deliveries, and quality checks.
Use computer systems (MS Office, ERP software) for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field.
