Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Reporting directly to the Operations Manager of Identity and Access management, the Operations Analyst- IAM will be actively part of the Global Alstom IAM SSO strategy in terms of identity and access management. He or she is in charge of : Contribute on deliverables, troubleshooting and Build and run. Contribute on SSO (Single Sign On) activities including with the lead of the IAM architect, design on SSO architecture (e.g. writing functional designs, use cases) Contribute on improving processes and deliverables around SSO. Create, review and maintain IAM SSO documentations to ensure it reflects current IAM policy and procedures. Collaborate with all IT and none IT teams for all IAM and specially SSO related topic. He or she participate to meetings/workshops with different stakeholders around IAM SSO topic, including but not limited to HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, IS&T, business representatives. He or she contribute to the designs of the appropriate IAM SSO mechanisms and tools within the Alstom Information System. He or she could leads the external resources team supporting Alstom IAM program and ensure the relation with external parties with the support of sourcing and legal teams. Main responsabilities The SSO specialist has under his responsibility: Gather Alstom requirements and targets in terms of SSO deployment Being the referent around SSO topic Existing analysis of Alstom existing deployed applications Identify technical strengths, weaknesses and opportunities Understand business drivers and processes IAM SSO standards definition Support level 2- expertise - for IAM platforms and topics Being involve in : Design Implementation/integration Process industrialization Testing, debugging, performance tuning, Documentation Build operation Run support operation. Work with limited supervision with some guidance. Interface with other teams and key stakeholders such as Architects, Operations leads, Project managers. Qualification & Competencies - Expected Level Qualification: (to be filled for Job offer) More than 3years of experience in IAM Security specially in Single Sign On domain. Languages: English (mandatory) , French (optional) Type of experiences requested: IAM global concepts Experience with API based integration and security (SOAP and REST) IAM SSO strong experience and skills Experience implementing authentication withSAML, Oauth, etc. Experience of supporting SSO issues Experience of SSO design Security background Excellent written/verbal/communication, listening and facilitation skills Able to analyze risks and to design an appropriate IAM SSO security pattern. Drive the adoption of Authentication for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies. Knowledge of ISO 27002 and ISO 27005, CISSP would be appreciated Competencies (only for Job description) Technical Competencies (max 20) Experience of SSO implementation (SAML,OAUTH): Level 2 Experience of SSO support (RCA, taskforce, risk analyses): Level 2 Experience on IAM solutions withinSaviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure or other IAG solution: Level 2 Very Good understanding of Identity & access governance, Multi-Factor authentication and Privileged Access Management: Level 4 Good understanding on technologies related to Identity and access management, such as e.g. API ,AD,LDAP,SQL : Level 3 Intimately familiar with IAM related protocols such as SAML , SCIM , SPML, XACML, OpenID and OAuth : Level 4 Good understanding on functional concept of Identity and access management (workflows, SOD, recertification access, provisioning, auto-correlation access, ): Level 3 Good understanding on functional concept of Single Sign On ( implementing authentication) Level 4 Good understanding on IAM principals and design Level 3 2-3 years of IAM Saviynt software experience is appreciated: Level 1 2-3 years of IAM Microsoft Azure software experience: Level 3 Leadership dimensions Ability to work with functional as well as technical topics in a dynamic environment: Level 2 Ability to drive SSO topic related, to various stakeholders (Team, Architects, Head of, VP, Business): Level 2 Experience in working on Simplifying and increasing single sign-on (SSO) capability and adoption, increase automation. Candidates should have experience with large scale enterprise projects. Candidates should demonstrate excellent stakeholder communication skills, adaptability and flexibility to a changing environment, and the ability to be pro-active to critically situation through challenges or issues.
