Responsible for last mile operations within the region.
Managing delivery centers and day-to-day operations of the team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control and managing vendor relations.
Planning and building network, executing first mile operations, HUB operations and last mile operations.
Oversee the hiring and training of new team members and support their development.
Collect, track and present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency and drive improvements in efficiency, throughout and cost across the organization.
Tracking and maintaining data for daily shipments.
Handling team.
