Job Description

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; Credit Card inquires, excess balance Refund, Rewards Redemption, Temporary Credit processing for dispute transactions, etc.
In addition, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 performs data analytics and handlings MIS and reporting for regulatory and internal management requirements. Ops Sup Analyst 1 also understand the system architecture and gets involved in various system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing and Parameter Maintenances.
Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 serves as the liaison between operations, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide regular status updates for all project participants and provide inputs from Operations perspective.
Work with team and share all regulatory requirement reports on timely manner.
Ensure daily BAU is completed within the specified timeline.
Daily controls are being monitored and reviewed for effectiveness.
Monthly MIS and Regulatory Deliverables are being sent to Citi Seniors on a timely manner.
Highlight any anomaly to Senior Management on any business disturbance.
Review end-to-end process and mitigate in case of any risk/gaps identified.
Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and technology, including recommending business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos and review User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
Create, manage and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Understand the system architecture and business model in detail and create frameworks for developing new system and implement system changes through a complete change management cycle including UAT testing and various parameter maintenance
Understand the regulation and business policies in detail and leverage data analytics for extraction and submission various data cuts
Continuously engage with stake holders across various verticals for implementation of new processes and operational risk mitigating controls.

Qualifications:
5-7 Years of Experience
Previous relevant experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Macros
Team handling would be an added advantage
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:
Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Education: Any Graduate
