Your day to day Working in this vital role your day will never be dull, whether hosting and arranging meetings with local dignitaries, leaders you will play a pivotal part in ensuring all our commitments are met.
Operations

  • Prepare presentations for meetings, internal and external meetings, conferences etc. Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports for e.g. cascade calls, townhalls, monthly reviews etc.
  • Liaise with International Senior leaders across IHG
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SWA Operations team including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, maintaining the regular cadence of the calls for Operations.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
  • Collaborates with the Office Manager to maintain the smooth functioning of the Corporate Office (Currently, there is only one person in the office taking care of supplies, POs, office admin, maintenance etc, who also doubles up as the MDs assistant).
  • Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects for the SWA Leadership Team , some of which may have organizational impact.
  • Support the admin needs of the Area team as required (travel, billing, payment etc.)


Development
  • Coordinates the administrative functions for the team especially with regards to the deals (completing the documentation (collecting stamp papers, printing execution copies, scanning signed agreements, updating relevant stakeholders, sending originals to legal team in Dubai etc.)
  • Facilitating signing ceremonies and events surrounding that
  • Owning the Owner communication process (databases and contact details of current and prospect Owners, coordinating Owners One Rewards Cards, managing all requests from existing and prospective Owners especially with regards to travel needs etc within the IHG network)
  • Assisting where necessary with the travel coordination for the development team

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Emotional maturity
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
