& Responsibilities:

• Ability to think creatively and strategically design solutions within Modern Composition tools to create solutions to implement and enhance functionality within the toolsets.
• Able to support critical and complex initiatives with minimal assistance.
• Collaboratively works across the organisation to resolve issues and develop solutions.Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed.
• People Leadership (e.g. mentoring and leading less experienced analysts and peers
• Lead and support the implementation of process improvements (e.g. best practices and quality improvement)
• Monitor and report on project health.
• Interface with IT/developers regarding requirements from product and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process maps and SOPs.
• Create and maintain workflows, creating and coding communication templates and program rules.
• Monitoring of day-to-day production
• Triage and reporting

Experience Required:

• Overall, 8 to 10 years experience.
• Three years of relevant experience
• Experience with Messagepoint/GMC, Crawford ProDesigner, Indellient/Blue Relay preferred.

Education and Training Required:

Bachelor\'s degree.

Primary Skills:

• Proficient with SQL coding preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
• PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services, is helpful.
• Knowledge of PCs, Internet, Windows, and MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio

Additional Skills:

• Ability to lead a project.
• Knowledge of Express Scripts systems and platforms
• Strong data management and technical skills
• Highly organised, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to manage timelines and meet project deadlines.
