Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator/ Admin Head to oversee the administrative operations of our preschool and daycare. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities, ensure smooth functioning, and support the team.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Head all administrative related duties (Vendor Management, Purchases, Inventory, Transport Management, Field Trips, Budget Presentation, Petty cash handling, Printing material, Day to Day Tasks, App Mgmt etc.)

- Oversee support staff and ensure excellent care for children

- Maintain records and ensure compliance

- Maintenance of all the centers' Delhi NCR

- Hiring & Liaising with Housekeeping agencies for smooth running of centres'

- Events organising in coordination with Heads

- Travelling to different centers' for setting up an up keep.

- Liaison with Government Agencies like Fire, Police , MCG etc

- Support staff recruitment, Allocation of duties of support staff

- Manage all other administrative tasks

Requirements: -

- Graduate with professional certificate (added)

- Experience in admin role, preferably in education sector

- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Suite and other software

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently
