Job Summary:



Medica Enterprises is looking for a competent and experienced

Manager

who can handle overall company operations, manage staff, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. The Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all operational and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Overall Operations Management



Manage and supervise daily company operations Ensure smooth workflow across all departments Improve operational efficiency and productivity

2. Team & Staff Management



Lead, motivate, and manage employees Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline Handle staff issues, concerns, and conflict resolution Support hiring, onboarding, and training of employees

3. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Submit performance and operational reports to senior management Maintain proper records, files, and documentation

4. HR & Administrative Responsibilities



Ensure implementation of company HR policies Manage leave records, duty schedules, and office discipline Maintain a professional and organized work environment

5. Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with senior management, vendors, and clients Conduct internal meetings and follow-ups Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels

6. Compliance & Process Control



Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Monitor compliance-related activities Identify issues and take corrective actions in a timely manner

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Problem-solving and team management abilities Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred) Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a managerial or senior executive role Experience in Manufacturing / Trading / Pharma industry will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:



Salary: As per experience and interview Benefits: As per company policy

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
