The candidate will play a key role in supporting both operational and administrative needs, ensuring smooth functioning of the office and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Support
Maintain records of company expenses in Excel and prepare monthly expense reports.
Assist in accounting entries and financial reconciliations using
Tally
.
Support in handling petty cash, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with banks for payments, transactions, and documentation.
Office Administration & Procurement
Manage procurement of office supplies, electronics, and other items.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
Maintain vendor database and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Oversee courier services for local and international shipments.
Support office facility management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
HR & Employee Support
Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
Prepare monthly employee salary slips and coordinate payroll-related activities.
Help establish and implement office policies, rules, and regulations.
Support in organizing office events, training sessions, and team activities.
Communication & Coordination
Draft, review, and respond to professional emails.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
Communicate fluently in
English, Hindi, and the local language
.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS as required.
Monitor office budgets and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Provide general administrative support to management and team members.
Qualifications & Skills
1-5 years of experience in office administration and operations (freshers with strong skills may also apply) . Preferred candidate with prior experience in same domain
Working knowledge of
Tally, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
