Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track daily order processing and dispatch
Oversee packing activities to ensure accuracy and quality
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock records
Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and issues
Manage daily administrative tasks, documentation, and reports
Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics partners, and internal teams
Requirements
Experience in administration, warehouse, or operations support
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and order management
Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
