Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & Administration Coordinator to manage daily centre operations, classroom coordination, student discipline, and administrative records. The role ensures smooth academic functioning and adherence to centre policies.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate daily class schedules and batch movement Ensure discipline and a focused learning environment Monitor student and teacher attendance Coordinate teachers' schedules, breaks, and intervals Maintain administrative records and reports Support feedback collection and documentation

Requirements



Graduate (any stream) Experience in tuition center / school / coaching institute preferred Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to handle students firmly and professionally Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Forms)

Preferred Skills



Organized and punctual Calm under pressure Authority-handling and compliance mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
