Salaams Raama Heritage Eco Village in Idukki is looking for a dedicated Operations Administration Assistant to support our daily office operations and assist in managing on-site tasks. This role is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and resort operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic office work, documentation, and record-keeping.
Manage inventory of supplies and coordinate restocking.
Assist in local administrative tasks, including visits to the panchayat and government offices for necessary paperwork.
Support on-site operations when required, working alongside the Operations Manager.
Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and guests as needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Any graduate (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of office administration and inventory management is a plus.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to handle a mix of office and fieldwork.
Proficiency in Malayalam; Conversational English skills preferred.
