Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Operations & Admin Support Intern
to assist with day-to-day office activities and customer coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, client handling, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer service queries professionally.
Maintain documentation, service reports, and business records in an organized manner.
Coordinate scheduling between technicians and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports and follow-ups for ongoing assignments.
Manage office supplies inventory and help with task scheduling for technicians.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Ability to multitask and maintain organized records.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualification:
Pursuing or recently completed graduation in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Location:
Sector 64, Noida (On-site)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (10 AM to 6 PM)
Stipend:
?6,000 - ?10,000/month (based on skills & availability)
