Key Responsibilities
Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks and office coordination
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record management
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and banks for routine requirements
Support in procurement and inventory documentation
Manage courier, bill payments, and other operational follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication across teams and external partners
Take ownership of routine tasks and ensure timely completion
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and internal activities
Requirements
Graduate (minimum); prior experience in admin/operations preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) is an advantage
